thanks for reading Ted. Yes, I especially like the red lentil pasta. I think I am working up to a split like that. First doing the three days at the beginning of the month and trying not to veer too far off course the rest of the month. Maybe add in more vegetarian, less food in general days. Especially days when I am busy or tired, it seems easy to do.
