Thanks for reading and commenting Ilana. For the 3 day fresh start I removed sugar, as you noticed. Also grains, dairy, red meat, eggs. no white potatoes, rice, flour or baked things. After that I add in millet and basmati rice, lentils and beans, eggs, limited amount of yogurt.
