I think we are in a crisis about naming ourselves. This newly evolved bunch of people over 60 or so are very touchy about what people call us because much of it smacks of prejudice. So we take offense everywhere leaving the not-as-old-as-us folks clueless about what will set us off. I guess along with our pronouns we need to add preferred term for our age, i.e.
Jean Anne Feldeisen, her/hers/she/elder. What do you think.
