Good call Lee. I agree about the depression part.
I think it is time we start calling it depression instead of gussying up male emotional problems so they continue to believe they are “just fine”. Changes at any life stage are hard. Sometimes our bodies give us the push to make changes we should have made already- like fixing a broken relationship or leaving a life-sucking job. Buying the new car/girlfriend/etc is a band aid.
